AFFI AGBODO
Co-founder

Affi Agbodo is the architect of the Heart and Presence Pedagogy®, a transformative educational philosophy forged not in theory alone, but at the vital intersection of academic excellence and the sacred duty to protect and nurture young minds.
His journey defies convention. Before any formal training, he entered a British university classroom guided by a simple, powerful principle: that true teaching is an act of sincere heart and profound presence. As a result, he received the highest teaching awards, was promoted to senior curriculum leadership, and proved a radical hypothesis—that the most sophisticated pedagogical tool is the educator's own humanity.
This proven, unconventional expertise is rooted in lived experience. His deep understanding of a child's need for safety was solidified during his tenure as a School Governor and Safeguarding Link Governor in the UK, where the holistic well-being of every student became the non-negotiable cornerstone of his vision.
Affi now operates as a strategist of learning ecosystems. He bridges continents and contexts, marrying the strategic rigour of European higher education with an intuitive grasp of African learning landscapes to advise governments and institutions. His commitment extends to the boardroom of Emerge Leadership, a British organisation that has impacted over 70,000 youth and 10,000 teachers.
Ultimately, his work is driven by a single objective: to make every classroom—whether under a tree or in a digital hub—a sanctuary of safety and a launchpad for transcendent growth. He builds not just better schools, but more equitable futures.
Affi graduated in Pedagogy from the University of Birmingham.
The most sophisticated educational tool is not a technology or a textbook; it is the unguarded, fully present humanity of the educator.

MEERA BORSARA
Strategic Partner | Pedagogy Advisor & Guardian of the Craft

Meera Borsara is a living testament to the transformative power of the Heart and Presence Pedagogy®. An award-winning Senior Lecturer in Business & Strategy at De Montfort University, her journey from student to professor was ignited by a single, defining encounter in Affi Agbodo’s classroom.
As an undergraduate, Meera arrived full of doubt, a first-generation master’s student from an ethnic minority background. She left with more than a degree; she left with a vocation. Affi saw in her not just a student, but a future educator—personally mentoring her, securing her scholarship, and instilling a philosophy where teaching is the art of “awakening souls, not grading papers.” This mentorship culminated in her receiving the prestigious Student Choice Award 2025, and The Excellence in Teaching & Learning Award 2025, honours she attributes directly to the pedagogical legacy she now carries forward.
Today, Meera is a highly qualified and acclaimed academic, holding a Postgraduate Teaching qualification from the University of Birmingham and a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). With over seven years of experience, she is a module and programme leader, an external examiner, and a dedicated mentor to both students and colleagues at multiple UK universities.
Her professional excellence is the proven result of the very methodology she now helps safeguard. At MORIM, Meera serves as a Pedagogy Advisor and Strategic Partner. She brings a scholar’s rigour and a practitioner’s empathy to the Heart Audit™ process, possessing an intimate, firsthand understanding of how heart-led pedagogy translates into award-winning teaching and sustainable student success.
For MORIM, Meera is more than a pedagogy advisor; she is a bridge between theory and lived impact. She embodies the core promise of our mission: that an educator, once transformed, becomes a transformative force for others. She ensures the integrity of our pedagogy, not just by evaluating its application, but by being its most powerful product.
At MORIM, she guards the soul of the practice, ensuring that the transformative spark she experienced continues to ignite educators and classrooms across the globe.
Audit the connection, not just the checklist. Learning lives in the silent dialogue between teacher and student.

JOSEF REISZ
Strategic Partner | Architect of Scalable Impact

Josef Reisz builds the foundations upon which missions become movements. With three decades of navigating the nexus of private capital, digital innovation, and global expansion, he specialises in constructing the financial and operational architecture that allows purpose-driven organisations to scale without losing their soul.
His career is a testament to the transformative power of applying commercial precision to social imperatives. He has structured over €150M in catalytic project finance, spearheaded six international expansions, and engineered hyper-growth for global enterprises. Yet, over time, his focus crystallised on the most powerful leverage point of all: education as the fundamental engine of equity and economic mobility.
His perspective is forged in practice. As the former CEO of ventures in student housing and international education, Josef has witnessed the stark gap between mere access to education and the delivery of true, life-altering opportunity. He brings to MORIM the rare combination of an autodidact's inventive curiosity and a seasoned CEO's exacting discipline. His focus is on the critical, unseen frameworks—strategic governance, sustainable financial stewardship, and high-impact partnerships—that transform a revolutionary pedagogy from a powerful idea into a self-sustaining global force.
For MORIM, Josef is more than an advisor; he is a strategic co-architect. He ensures the operational and financial bedrock of our organisation is as resilient and intentional as our educational philosophy, guaranteeing that our heart-led approach can viably reach every classroom, community, and child in need.
At MORIM, he safeguards our trajectory, ensuring our growth is strategic, sustainable, and irrevocably aligned with our core mission: to rebuild education from the inside out.
To scale an education of heart and presence is to answer the most urgent call there is: the call to build a worthy future.

ANNE-FLORE CUCCOLO
Head of MORIM FOUNDATION

Anne-Flore Cuccolo embodies the quiet strength of education lived as service. With over 20 years of experience across formal and informal youth education, she stands at the confluence of teaching, mentorship, faith engagement, and global development—where education is not a system to be managed, but a life to be stewarded.
Trained in Social Sciences (Youth Education) at the University of Gloucestershire, Anne-Flore’s vocation was shaped not only in classrooms, but alongside young people themselves. As a school teacher and youth worker in the UK, she has spent two decades mentoring, coordinating youth initiatives, and delivering education that honours dignity, presence, and growth—particularly among those navigating vulnerability and transition.
Her journey extended naturally into ministry and international partnership work. As Ministry Relations Representative (Europe and Middle East) for World Changers Church International, Anne-Flore cultivated trusted relationships across regions, supporting churches and ministry partners in alignment, collaboration, and shared mission. This role refined her ability to hold complexity with grace—bridging institutions, cultures, and values without losing sight of people. Alongside this, her work with organisations such as Youth for Christ and Changemakers International deepened her commitment to youth development rooted in integrity, accompaniment, and hope.
Today, Anne-Flore also serves as Global Programme Manager (Outreach) at GYLSCO, where she leads strategic engagement with impact-investment firms and faith-based organisations to support youth-led sustainability initiatives in cocoa-producing communities. Operating at the intersection of values-driven leadership, social impact, and global development, she helps mobilise partnerships that align long-term impact with shared ethical commitments.
At MORIM, Anne-Flore serves as Head of the MORIM Foundation, carrying responsibility not only for operations and partnerships, but for the spirit in which the Foundation engages the world. She is a steward of relationships, and an advocate for education as a catalyst for transformation rather than extraction.
For MORIM, Anne-Flore is more than a Foundation lead. She is a living expression of its mission: to honour education, strengthen those who serve, and demonstrate that doing good is not an aspiration, but a disciplined, lived practice.
Formation precedes transformation. When education is rooted in integrity and presence, impact follows naturally.
